I.

Whether it is lawful to obtain a ruling from a convicted person, summary after he claims to have deposited the sum with the content. Bailiff?

No. 3. to the Last. dated November 14th, 1804. District Judge Siersted from Ringsted c. Gaardmand Rasmus Nielsen of Hom.

By the Landsting's Judgment of June 27th, 1804, the District Judge Siersted was sentenced to pay Rasmus Nielsen's compensation. In Kost and Tæring 16 Rdlr. m. v. (*) . Since

Town Magistrate Huushers Deputy, after the Requisition of the District Judge Rasmus Nielsen's Requisition, met with the District Judge Siersted on October 18th, next, to enforce the Judgment, protested the District Judge Siersted instead, on the grounds that he had deposited the 16 Rdlr. with the Town Magistrate Huusher, until the Judgment could be appealed to the Highest Court. But since both the Claimant, Prok. Baadh, and the Executor's Deputy, Mr. Sand, declared themselves to be unaware of it, and no evidence was presented, the dispute was dropped.

This has been charged by the District Judge Siersted to the Landsting, and suggested, that Rasmus Nielsen may have
