Right of Withdrawal
At Zoll Antiques, you may withdraw from your purchase and return your items within 14 days. Please note that all items on zollantiques.dk are used, and therefore all in significantly different condition than a comparable new product.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the item must be in substantially the same condition and quantity as when you received it. The right of withdrawal therefore lapses if you use the item in a way where it is entirely evident that the use has significantly reduced the item's resale value. When exercising your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You may also exercise the right of withdrawal by refusing to accept the item upon delivery. If an exchange is requested, the item will be exchanged and dispatched within our standard delivery timeframes. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping in the case of an exchange; however, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement back to you.

When returning an item, please include your order number and bank account number for the refund transfer — this helps us process your return quickly. If you withdraw from your purchase, the purchase amount will be refunded via bank transfer. Once the item has been received and verified to meet the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, the amount will be transferred to the provided account number. Please do not send items cash on delivery, as these will be refused upon receipt.
Complaints
Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, a 2-year right of complaint applies to all items. This means that as a customer, you may file a complaint regarding defects or faults in the product that have arisen within 24 months of purchase. This is provided that the defects have not arisen as a result of misuse of the product or other damaging conduct that caused the fault. You must file your complaint within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. If you complain within 2 months, the complaint is always considered timely. When returning the item, please include your order number and bank account number. Upon receipt of an item that qualifies for a complaint, you may be entitled to a repair, exchange, refund, or price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
