Ordering

All prices on the website are stated including Danish VAT under the “used goods” VAT scheme and include all Danish taxes, customs, and duties.
We reserve the right for price and typographical errors.

If goods are shipped to another EU country, you will still pay Danish VAT, but no customs duties, in accordance with EU rules on the free movement of goods.


Purchase Agreement

To complete a purchase from Zoll Antiques, you must provide the following details so that we can fulfill the order and send your goods:

  • Name

  • Address

  • Telephone number

  • Email address

Once your order has been sent and received by Zoll Antiques and accepted, a binding purchase agreement is concluded.
Zoll Antiques will send you an invoice by email once your order has been received and the goods have been dispatched.

We do not store your order information in printed form, so please save the order confirmation you receive by email.


Payment

Payment is only charged when the item has been shipped or is ready for collection.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • VISA Dankort

  • Danish Euro/MasterCard

  • Foreign Euro/MasterCard

  • VISA

  • MobilePay

  • PayPal

Security

When paying by card, you will provide your card number and expiration date. You will never be asked for your personal PIN code.

When using your card online without your PIN code, you are protected against misuse. No more than the amount you approve can be charged.

You are not liable if your card is misused on an online store that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
At Zoll Antiques, your payment data is transferred securely via SSL encryption, meaning the information is transmitted in encrypted form. Neither we nor others can read your payment details.

We do not record or store card or account information.


Delivery

Zoll Antiques is a sole proprietorship, and we do our best to pack and ship orders within 2–3 business days, which we prioritize highly.
We generally use BRING, INSTABOX, GLS, DAO, PostNord, etc., and cannot be held responsible for the delivery times of these carriers.

During the summer holiday period, shipments may be delayed by up to 14 days due to vacation.

International Customers

Shipping is not included in the product price. Please contact us for a shipping quote.

Free Shipping (Denmark Only)

All products on the webshop generally include free shipping within Denmark.
Shipping is carried out by BRING, INSTABOX, GLS, DAO, PostNord, etc., according to the terms (tracking, insurance, delivery time, etc.) of each carrier.

For some items, free shipping only applies to purchases of multiple identical items or multiple items that can be shipped together. This will be stated in the product description.

If an item is too large to be sent via our regular carriers, this will be noted in the product description. In such cases, free shipping does not apply, and shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

If you require additional insurance, special shipping methods, or other terms beyond standard free delivery, you must cover any additional costs yourself.


Right of Withdrawal

At Zoll Antiques, you may cancel your purchase and return your goods within 14 days.
Please note that all items sold at zollantiques.dk are used, and therefore in a significantly different condition from new products.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the item must be in the same condition and quantity as when you received it.
The right of withdrawal lapses if you use the product in a way that diminishes its resale value.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. You may also refuse to receive the parcel upon delivery.

If you wish to exchange the item, it will be replaced and shipped according to our normal delivery times. You pay the cost of returning the item, while we cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you.

When returning goods, please include the order number and your bank account details for faster processing.

If you cancel the purchase, the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account once the returned item has been received and verified to meet the conditions for withdrawal.
Please do not send goods by cash on delivery (COD) — such shipments will be refused upon receipt.


Complaints

In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven), all goods come with a 2-year warranty.
This means that you, as a customer, can complain about defects or deficiencies that were not described in the product listing or shown in photos of the item.

This does not apply if the defect arose from improper use or other damage-causing behavior.
You must submit your complaint within a reasonable period after discovering the defect.

When returning an item, please include the order number and bank details.
If the complaint is accepted, you may receive a repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction depending on the specific case.


Reservation for Errors

We reserve the right for sold-out products, pricing errors, typographical mistakes, and errors in photos or graphics.
If any of these occur in connection with your order, we will contact you.
In such cases, the purchase agreement may be cancelled.
