This is an original woodcut engraving (Xylography.) cut out from an original Danish newspaper from the 1800s, which was called Illustrated Family Journal. On the back of the frame there is a cut out of the original front page, date and title etc. Added to document the origin of the engraving for posterity. Mounted in an ornate brass frame and glass. Dimensions with frame: Approx. 24,5x18,5 cm. Condition: see pictures.
