This is an original woodcut engraving (Xylography.) cut out from an original danish newspaper from the 1800s, which was called Illustrated Family Journal. On the back of the frame is a cut out of the original front page, date and title etc. Added to document the origin of the engraving for posterity. Framed in an ornamental brass frame and glass. Size with frame: Approx. 21,5x18,5 cm. Condition: see pictures. NOTE! Brass staffeli not included in the price.
