This is an original woodcut engraving (Xylography.) cut from an original Danish newspaper from the 1800 century, which was called Illustrated Family Journal. On the back of the frame is a cutout of the original front page, date and title etc. Attached to document the origin of the engraving for posterity. Mounted in an ornamented gold-painted wooden frame and glass. Dimensions with frame: Approx. 32x26 cm. Condition: see pictures.
