A pair of bookends in hand-carved light wood mounted on bases of dark wood. The figurine represents the two main characters from Miguel de Cervantes' novel “Don Quixote” — Don Quixote sitting with an open book, and the robust Sancho Panza on a throne in plush slippers and boots. Both figurines are meticulously executed with refined facial features and Renaissance attire.
