Antique Tin Plate. Late 18./Early 19. Century.

Plate in solid tin, Probably German or Dutch, with inscription “F G S 1806” on the front, and stamp on the back.

1806 refers to the year the plate was purchased, and F G S are likely the initials of the family that first bought it - it was common practice back then to engrave initials to prevent confusion. Size: D 22,3 cm. Condition: see images.
