BEST SALES IN 2022🥳🥳🥳🥳2022 definitely shows a trend that Danes continue to embrace more expensive Oddities and the like to a greater extent. Skeletons and expensive stuffed exotic birds are among them and we are happy about that at Zoll Antiques, as it is a product group we are pioneers for, in Denmark on a professional level. At Zoll Antiques, in 2022, we have taken literature to ourselves and this category is also represented in BEST SALES 2022. Other categories, such as fountain pens, militaria and watches, are also strongly represented in this year's BEST SALES. Let's start with Sten Lykke Madsen's unique fantasy creature in Stoneware. Next, we have the best-preserved medical skeleton we have ever had in the store, which was sold to one of our long-time regular customers. The stuffed Emerald Toucan came from a 3rd generation family collection, which was also sold to a regular customer. The older Danish-made Mont Blanc fountain pen went to the USA. One of the most exciting sales for Zoll Antiques this year was a 1st Edition-1st Printing HCAndersen book, from the mid-19th century, which was sold locally in the store. Next we have a beautiful Art Deco intarsia box that I was very close to keeping. Then a somewhat unusual tupilak made by one of Greenland's contemporary artists, named Hans-Jørgen Kleist. In the militaria category, we also had the privilege of being able to sell an extremely rare German WW2 Rodach reconnaissance model, it went to the USA. Last but not least, an unusual Omega wristwatch. All sales symbolize either our passion for provenance, rarity, our creativity or future focus on new categories🌅 We look forward to 2023 and all the new exciting items we will handpick for our customers😌🌅🙏🏼
