In the 1940s, Hjemmet was primarily aimed at Danish women, and it contained articles on domestic topics, fashion, cooking, family life and other interests typical of women at the time. Produced at EGMONT H.PETERSEN KGL. HOF-BOGTR.-KØBENHAVN. Egmont H. Petersen Kgl. Hof-Bogtrykkeri was a printing house in Copenhagen, Denmark, known for producing a wide range of printed matter, including books, magazines and other publications. It was founded in 1878 and was part of the Egmont Group, which is still one of the largest media and entertainment companies in Denmark and internationally.
