Large antique German gilded magnificent cushion mirror, from the Historicism period, dated to ca. 1860. The cushion mirror name comes from the fact that the mirror part itself bulges out, like a pillow, in the form of the elongated outward sloping mirrors, with the large faceted mirror in the middle. Richly decorated with cornucopias, animal heads, curved grape vines, mussels, etc. Dimensions: 135x83.5 cm. Condition: very fine condition, see pictures.
